Three Ingredient Lemon Cake Mix Bars
These sweet and tangy lemon bars come together easily. All you need is a yellow cake mix, butter, and canned lemon pie filling to make these delicious lemon squares.

Ingredients

yellow cake mix

lemon pie filling
½
cup
salted butter
softened
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Grease a 9 x 11 baking pan, or line it with parchment paper, and grease the paper.
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, and melted butter. Using a pastry cutter, work the dough until it is thick, and moist.
15.25 ounces yellow cake mix,
½ cup salted butter
Press half the buttery crust dough into the greased pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
Remove crust from the oven, and carefully spread the lemon filling over the warm crust.
21 ounces lemon pie filling
Sprinkle remaining buttery crust dough over the lemon filling layer.
Bake for 25 minutes and then remove from oven to cool.
Allow bars to cool for at least one hour before slicing them into squares.
