Ingredients

  • 32 ounces Mrs. T's Four Cheese Medley Pierogies Family Size
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • cups broccoli pieces about one large crown, removed stem
  • 5 whole hot dogs cut into 1" sections, or your desired size.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat to 400°F. This high heat is what makes the pierogies crispy and the broccoli tender.
  • Add the frozen pierogies, broccoli crowns, and sliced hot dogs into a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with spices. Give it a good toss so everything is coated.
  • Spread it out on a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 10–12 minutes.
  • Take the pan out and flip the pierogies and hot dogs. This ensures both sides get that "pan-fried" crunch without the actual frying.
  • Pop the pan back in for another 10 minutes. During the last 5 minutes, sprinkle that shredded cheddar over the top.
  • Serve right away while warm & enjoy!
