Enjoy the Halloween season with a Mini Monster can of A&W or Sunkist® paired with some Zombie Skeleton Cupcakes.
Can you believe Halloween is right around the corner? It seems as if it were just summer yesterday! Soon, it will be time for all things ghouls and goblins. The truth is, I love the Halloween season, and I couldn’t be happier to celebrate all the fun, and freakishly creative tricks and treats this spooky celebration has to offer.
You might not know this but I am a horror movie fanatic! I love all things guts and gore. I wanted to make a craveable Halloween sweet treat for you all that wasn’t so overdone. I was inspired by the limited edition Mini Monster cans from A&W and Sunkist®. So I got my thinking cap on and went shopping to be inspired by the Halloween decor and trinkets I’d find at stores like Walmart.
When I found some mini skeleton garland, I knew those little detailed skeletons would be perfect for my Zombie Skeleton Cupcakes.
So I purchased them, washed them thoroughly and separated them at the joints. While I was out shopping, I stopped by Walmart to purchase all the cupcake ingredients I would need plus some cute Mini Monster Cans from A&W and Sunkist®. I can always find everything I need at Walmart conveniently and at low prices.
These Mini Monster Cans are so darn cute!! Not only did the A&W go perfectly with the graveyard theme but they were also added to my 2 ingredient cupcakes and made for the perfect party-sized drink!
The limited edition Mini Monster cans and 2 liter bottles are now available in Walmart stores through 10/31.
I love that the Mini Monster cans are perfect for every Halloween party and have a Snapchat Snap Code to unlock a special Snapchat filter for 1 hour.
How the Snapchat Filter works:
Scan the ghost icon on the cans by holding your phone (with Snapchat open) over the ghost icon and press the ghost icon on your screen (this does not require a video or picture taken). This process unlocks the Snapchat geo filter. The filter is unlocked for one hour so don’t forget to share with your friends and family so they can join in on the fun!
I wanted a really spooky tablescape to get the kids excited so I took mummy cloth and draped it over the top. The addition of some plastic spiders, and additional skeletons helped pull the look together.
Halloween paper ware helped tie the overall creepy look together.
The kids loved the 8 ounce Mini Monster Cans size and so did I because they are not only adorable but the perfect “treat” size.
