Seafood salad made with imitation crab meat is one of my favorite deli salads. I love how imitation crab meat is way more frugal than real crab meat, but still tasty!

Imitation crab is available in either lump style, or flake. I like the texture of the lump style although this does get pureed.

The creamy dressing mix is made with both a blend of mayo and salad dressing which is most popularly known as Miracle Whip.
