Equipment

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces Tortilla chips *I love the Mi Nina brand
  • 1 cup pulled pork *Add more bbq sauce if dry
  • 6 ounces shredded cheddar
  • ¼ cup red onion diced
  • 1 medium jalapeno *seeded and sliced- use gloves, and caution*
  • ¼ cup sweet barbecue sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Spread the tortilla chips in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Top with the pulled pork, cheddar cheese, red onion, and jalapenos. Swizzle on BBQ sauce.
  • Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
  • Top with your favorite toppings, such as sour cream, avocado, cilantro, tomatoes, or black beans.
