Chili Crunch Hot Honey Baked Feta

Creamy and salty feta cheese is swizzled with olive oil, sprinkled with chili crunch and baked to a perfection. Finished with Mike's Hot Honey it is then broiled and caramelized. Serve it with pita bread, chips, crackers, or enjoy alone!

Equipment

  • oven adjusted to the center rack position
  • 5 quart stock pot to boil pasta
  • collander to drain pasta
  • 9 x 13 casserole dish
  • Measuring Cups & spoons

Ingredients

  • 1 pound feta *block style
  • cup Extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons chili crunch
  • 4 tablespoons Mike's Hot Honey

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the block of feta in a small baking dish.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the feta.
  • Spread the chili crunch on top of the feta.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, or until the feta is melty and slightly golden brown on top.
  • Remove the dish from the oven and drizzle the hot honey over the feta.
  • You can broil it for an additional 2-3 minutes for a crispier top (optional).
  • Let it cool slightly before serving.
  • Enjoy it with your favorite dippers like crackers, pita bread, sliced baguette, or even roasted vegetables.
