Ingredients
6largefudge brownies day old works better!
½cupvanilla buttercream frosting*do not melt!
18maraschino cherries patted dry
16ounceswhite chocolateto dip balls into
6ouncesmilk chocolate for swizzle
1tablespoonsanding sugar
Instructions
In a food processor, add crumbled fudge brownies and buttercream frosting. Blend until dough consistency. The dough should not be sticky.
Form 2 tablespoon-sized brownie balls until you have 18 total.
Gently depress each ball and add a cherry; cover up the cherry with the brownie dough.
Freeze for one hour.
Remove from the freezer and allow them to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Melt the white chocolate melts in batches. This will prevent extreme temperature changes which will crack the chocolate once the hot and cold come together.
Dip each brownie truffle into the chocolate and set it on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Melt milk chocolate and add it to a plastic piping bag. Pipe swizzles on each truffle.
Sprinkle with sanding sugar and enjoy!
