6-8wholemozzarella cheese sticks
½cupmarinara sauce
¼cupsliced black olives
Instructions
Air fry garlic bread toasts in a single layer (in batches, if needed) at 375℉ for 3–5 minutes until golden and crispy.
Remove the crispy toasts and set them aside. Preheat your air fryer to 350℉ for the final stage.
Spread a light, thin layer (about 1–2 teaspoons) of marinara sauce over the surface of each hot toast.
Unwrap string cheese and gently pull it apart into thinner, irregular strands.
Lay the cheese strands over the sauce-topped toasts, crisscrossing them to look like tattered bandages. Be sure to leave a small, clear gap near the top third for the eyes.
Place two small slices of black olive in the exposed gap on each toast for the mummy's eyes.
Carefully place 3–5 assembled mummy toasts back into the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry at the preheated 350℉ for approximately 5 minutes. Watch closely until the cheese is completely melted, gooey, and bubbly (but not browned).
Transfer the finished toasts to a platter and allow to cool for a minute before serving.
