  • large mixing bowl
  • Measuring Cups & spoons

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Laura’s Lean 96% Lean Ground Beef (2 packages)
  • 1 large egg
  • ¾ cup panko bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup yellow mustard
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tablespoon minced onion
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¾ cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

  • Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick spray and preheat the fryer to 370°F.
  • In a large bowl, add Laura’s Lean 96% Lean Ground Beef, egg, bread crumbs, mustard, ketchup, spices, and Worcestershire sauce. Using gloved or clean hands, mix beef mixture until all ingredients are combined.
  • Form 12 patties and line them on the greased air fryer basket. Your air fryer model may differ so you might need to do this in two batches.
  • Cook steaks for 6 minutes at 370°F. Once the 6 minutes is up, flip the patties, and cook them for 3 additional minutes. Remove the basket from the fryer and brush BBQ sauce on all sides. Return the basket and cook for an additional 2 minutes. The internal temperature of the beef should be 160°F.
  • All steak to rest for 3 minutes. Serve them over mashed potatoes or white rice.
