Slow Cooker Peach Cobbler is a sweet, satisfying, and incredibly easy dessert made with juicy peach filling and a buttery cake mix topping. Baked right in the slow cooker, it's a delicious hands-off treat for any occasion.

Equipment

  • 5-quart slow cooker

Ingredients

  • 15.25 ounces yellow cake mix
  • 42 ounces canned peach pie filling
  • 13 tablespoons unsalted butter cut into pats, *1 for greasing the slow cooker

Instructions

  • Use one tablespoon of butter to grease the inside of the slow cooker to prevent the cake from sticking.
  • Add the peach pie filling to the greased slow cooker.
  • Sprinkle on the cake mix, and gently pat it in with a spatula.
  • Place the butter pats over the top of the cobbler.
  • Cover and cook on low for 2 ½ -3 hours, or until the peaches are tender and the topping is golden brown.
  • Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
