These🍓Strawberry-Banana 🍌Ice Pops are made with Kefir, fresh strawberries, and super ripe banana. Blended until creamy, this indulgently guilt-free concoction freezes beautifully for a sweet, tangy ice pop.

Equipment

  • Ice pop mold *10-count
  • blender

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Strawberry Banana Lifeway Kefir
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 3-4 large strawberries
  • ¼ cup honey *optional to reduce tanginess

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender, and blend for 10 seconds.
  • Using a small funnel, add the mixture to the ice pop molds.
  • Add the cover and place the sticks inside.
  • Add the tray to the freezer and freeze for 4-6 hours.
  • Enjoy once fully frozen!
