Ingredients
3cupsStrawberry Banana Lifeway Kefir
1small ripe banana
3-4largestrawberries
¼cuphoney *optional to reduce tanginess
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a blender, and blend for 10 seconds.
Using a small funnel, add the mixture to the ice pop molds.
Add the cover and place the sticks inside.
Add the tray to the freezer and freeze for 4-6 hours.
Enjoy once fully frozen!
