Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 large egg
  • ¾ cup bread crumbs
  • 1 cup cheddar shredded
  • ¼ cup pickles chopped
  • 1 tablespoon onion minced
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven to 350℉.
  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
  • In a large bowl, add turkey, eggs, bread crumbs, cheese, and spices.
  •  Using your clean, gloved hands, mix turkey thoroughly.
  • Form 1-2 inch meatballs *depends how big you like them
  • Add meatballs to your baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy warm.
