- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 large egg
- ¾ cup bread crumbs
- 1 cup cheddar shredded
- ¼ cup pickles chopped
- 1 tablespoon onion minced
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
Preheat Oven to 350℉.
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
In a large bowl, add turkey, eggs, bread crumbs, cheese, and spices.
Using your clean, gloved hands, mix turkey thoroughly.
Form 1-2 inch meatballs *depends how big you like them
Add meatballs to your baking sheet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Serve immediately and enjoy warm.
