Tapioca Pudding Parfaits – Fresh and Fruity!
Today is so super hot outside so I thought I would take some Kozy Shack® Tapioca Pudding and make a delicious Fresh and Fruity Tapioca Pudding Parfait.
My kids love fruit parfaits with yogurt or pudding so these came at the perfect time. I added in some fresh chunks of mango, blueberries, and raspberries from out own bush. The end result was a sweet and refreshing summer dessert that is pretty much fool-proof and easy for anyone to make.
Did you know that National Tapioca Pudding Day is July 15th (followed by National Rice Pudding Day August 9th)? To celebrate Kozy Shack’s Summer of Pudding, you should totally make these Fresh and Fruity Tapioca Pudding Parfaits.
You could even switch up the fruit since they are so versatile. I think I am going to use strawberries and bananas in my next batch of parfaits. I bought an extra container of Kozy Shack Tapioca Pudding because my entire family loves it!
Now that the weather is warmer, my kids have been spending so much time outdoors having fun. I love using pretty much all varieties of Kozy Shack puddings in no-bake desserts and treats because it saves me time in the kitchen. Plus, any reason to enjoy some fresh fruit in a unique way is perfect for my family.
Kozy Shack is available in Chocolate, Tapioca, Vanilla, and Rice Pudding. They are also gluten-free which is perfect for our family. You can find them in your grocer’s refrigerated section.

I love the idea of putting the fruit in with the tapioca pudding. I haven’t had tapioca for about twenty years!! Far too long! Your parfait looks great!
