Ready to make your own batch of Creamy Frozen Strawberry Sandwiches? Let’s explore everything you need to know to make a batch.
Gelatin & whipped topping filling
Similar to making a no-bake strawberry gelatin pie you will need a few ingredient items to make this happen.
- 3 ounces of strawberry gelatin (any brand works)
- 8 ounces of whipped topping (any brand works) *not frozen
- boiling & ice-cold water
- 1/2 cup of chopped strawberries
- 2 sleeves of graham crackers (halved) (9.6 ounces)
Supplies
- 7″ x 11″ brownie pan
- parchment paper
- measuring cup
- whisk
- large glass bowl
- knife
- freezer bags
Making whipped topping gelatin squares
- Boil 2/3 cup of water.
- In a large bowl, empty gelatin packet.
- Add boiling water to the gelatin and whisk for about 1 minute.
- Add in 1 cup of ice water and whisk until thicker and combined.
- Stir in whipped topping and berries.
- Add mixture to the parchment lined brownie pan.
- Freeze for 2 hours or until firm.
- Cut into even slices and add a layer of Creamy No-Bake Frozen Strawberry filling to each.
- Enjoy!
Recipe tips
You can cut the frozen strawberry squares best with a wet knife.
If you do not want to assemble them into grahma crackers, you can eat the filling alone as a “faux strawberry ice cream”.
This filling does taste like strawberry ice cream and has a fluffy, creamy texture.
The filling will “melt” if it warms up so keep these cold.
Store any extra sandwiches in freezer bags. Enjoy them like ice cream sandwiches on a hot day!

I’m puzzled by this: “Cut into even slices and add a layer of Creamy No-Bake Frozen Strawberry filling to each.”
Does this mean to each graham cracker?
