National S’mores Day may be August 10th, but that doesn’t mean you you have to wait until then to enjoy these quick & easy S’mores Cookies Recipe. These s’mores cookies are made using pre-made cookie dough. I was inspired by The Cookie Rookie and how she used pre-made cookie dough to make her s’mores cookies too!
These days, between the move, and getting my home ready for the new buyer, things have been so crazy! My poor little Kitchen Aid Mixer has been packed away for weeks already and I am not even sure I have butter in the home? I use to be so prepared to bake on a whim and now things are just super crazy!
I hate being out of my element, but the easier a recipe–the better these days.
I don’t have time to even style my hair–never mind wash a ton of dishes and chill cookie dough! Products like pre-made cookie dough, and parchment paper are making my baking days super simple!

Cleanup? Basically just a few small bowls! That is ideal for me since we close on our new home Monday! I need all the time I can get for a billion other tasks.

With back to school season right around the corner, I wanted to share these easy cookie recipe featuring all the flavors of s’mores your kids will love!
Each bite of these tasty cookies features a mouthful of tasty marshmallow, and double chocolate!

Semi-Homemade S'mores Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 tube pre-made cookie dough Form into 1 inch balls (makes 17 exactly)
- 51 whole mini-marshmallows
- 8 mini chocolate bars broken into small chunks
- 1 sheet graham cracker broken into small chunks
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees f.
- Form premade cookie dough into one inch balls.
- Place cookie dough balls 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 8 minutes.
- Remove both sheets from oven and add 3 mini marshmallows, 3 small chunks of chocolate, and 3-4 small chunks of graham crackers to each cookie top.
- Return to oven at temp for 1-2 more mins.
- To achieve the slightly scorched marshmallow look use a culinary torch to quickly hit each cookie. Only use this method if you are a responsible adult!
