If you love the flavors of all things taco, you’ll enjoy this fuss-free dinner recipe. This hearty taco bake is easy to whip up and features ground beef, cheddar, seasoning, beans, salsa, and Pillsbury Crescent Rolls.

About a year ago, I worked with the folks at Pillsbury on an instagram post for this recipe. At the time, I was paid for that project, but since I’ve made it multiple times, I wanted to share it here. Despite Pillsbury being in every pic (haha) this is not a sponsored recipe post.
However, I do naturally enjoy using Pillsbury products in my recipes. A few of my favorites are these Pepperoni Pizza Crescent Bombs, Leftover Ham and Cheese Crescents, Macaroni and Cheese Crescents, or these Mini Meatball Crescent Bites.
These days, I don’t have hours to get a hot meal on the table. My three kids schedules are so hectic that I often rely on easy meals like this taco bake. This bake comes together in a flash. I love meals that require a pound of ground beef, taco fixings, and oven magic. While the cheesy goodness bubbles away, I typically whip up a batch of homemade guacamole, chop some fresh veggies, or spend time with my kids over homework.
